About Eleos

Built in the trenches.
Engineered for scale.

Eleos is the operating platform for mass tort, built by a law firm with
deep litigation roots and engineers who’ve run these dockets at scale.

Our Origin

We didn’t start with a product.
We started with a docket.

Most case management companies are call centers with shiny software. Eleos is different. We were founded by Robert Brent Wisner of Wisner Baum, a firm behind more than $3 billion in verdicts and settlements, and we built our technology in-house, led by former Meta developers and enterprise software veterans.

The problem was never the law. It was the operation. So we built the system we always wished we’d had, and we proved it the hard way: managing 16,000 Zantac and baby-food plaintiffs on real litigation, not in a demo.

Our story

From a single firm to the
gold standard for mass tort.

The firm

A firm built for the hard cases

Wisner Baum opens its doors, taking on the pharmaceutical and toxic-exposure cases others walk away from.

The surge

Dockets explode into the thousands

Zantac, NEC infant formula, and more. A single matter can mean tens of thousands of plaintiffs, each one a person.

The strain

Spreadsheets and call centers buckle

Brilliant legal strategy stalls on operations. Existing tools were never built for litigation at this scale.

The decision

Bring engineering in-house

Rather than license one more call-center tool, the firm commits to building its own software from the ground up.

Building Eleos

Engineered by people who ran the docket

Former Meta engineers join to build it, hardened on 16,000 real plaintiffs, not a demo environment.

Proven

Battle-tested on the biggest cases

The platform carries more than $3B in verdicts and settlements, with enterprise-grade security throughout.

Today

Built for
every firm

The system now powers mass tort firms nationwide, one operating platform, end to end.

Why we exist

We handle the operation, so the
firm can handle the case.

Every belief below is a decision we’ve made thousands of times, in the build, in the contract, and in the case.

i.

Litigators first

Every feature is pressure-tested against a real docket. If it doesn’t move a case forward, it doesn’t ship.

ii.

Operational truth

One source of record for every plaintiff, no shadow spreadsheets, no version that only one paralegal understands.

iii.

Scale as default

Twenty plaintiffs or two hundred thousand, the platform behaves the same. Volume is a setting, not a crisis.

Purpose built for mass tort litigation.

Technology alone doesn’t solve litigation problems. Domain expertise does.

0+ Active Plaintiffs
$0B+ Claimed damages tracked
0M+ Documents under management
0M+ Medical records processed
0%+ Average onboarding
0x Records turnaround

What we stand for

The principles
we don’t negotiate.

A claim never leaves the platform. Every handoff is tracked, every status is current, and every team works from the same truth.

i.

Earn the
docket

We win trust the way firms win cases, through preparation, accuracy, and showing up under pressure. Credibility is the only currency that compounds.

ii.

Default to
the client

Behind every record is a person waiting on an outcome. We design for their dignity and the firm’s duty to them, not for vanity metrics.

iii.

Security is not
a feature

Privileged data demands more than a checkbox. Encryption, access control, and audit are foundational, never bolted on after the fact.

iv.

Send us
the unglamorous

Lien resolution. Records chasing. Settlement disbursement. We obsess over the work nobody brags about, because that’s where cases are actually won or lost.

Are you a law firm?

Let’s talk about
your docket.

We’ll show you how Eleos can supercharge
intake, records, and settlement at scale.
